Our Leadership Team

Michael Lattouf
Managing Director

Michael has over 15 years’ experience in senior and executive roles in Infrastructure, Railway Signalling and Telecommunication project planning and delivery in both the public and private sectors. He is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow, and EngExec and also holds a business degree majoring in financial management encompassing both technical and commercial expertise.

Michael has been involved in some of Victoria's biggest infrastructure projects including the Regional Rail Link, East West Link, Ballarat Line Upgrade, Regional Rail Revival, and the Level Crossing Removal program in both delivery and planning phases.

Nelson Estrada
Associate Director

Nelson has almost 20 years’ experience in Infrastructure, Rolling Stock and ICT project planning and delivery both in the private and public sectors. He is experienced in end to end delivery of HVHR (High Value High Risk) projects. He is a qualified engineer and an AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager (CPPM) encompassing both technical and commercial expertise.

Past projects Nelson has worked on include Regional Rail Connectivity Program, Regional Rail Revival, Tram AVM, Passenger Information Systems, and Rolling Stock Life Extension Projects.

Chris Blanks
Associate Director

Chris has over 15 years’ experience in Railway Signalling both in the private and public sectors. He is a qualified Signalling Maintenance Technician (SMT) and a qualified lawyer, encompassing both technical and commercial expertise.

Past projects Chris has worked on include Regional Rail Link, Level Crossing Removal Project, Caroline Springs duplications and Richmond to Camberwell Signalling Upgrade project.
